Cookies and tracking
This website currently does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising cookies. Our hosting and form provider, Netlify, processes technical data needed to serve the site and handle inquiries. If a campaign link includes a source, medium, or campaign label, those labels may be included with your inquiry to help us understand how you found us.
Email marketing and CASL
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You will only receive marketing emails from us after express or implied consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribes within 10 business days.
Your rights
Under Alberta PIPA you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent for specific uses, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us to have it removed.

Event planner and campaign information
The event planner works in your browser. It does not send your choices until you submit an inquiry. We use session storage to remember planner choices and campaign source during your visit. This information stays in your browser tab’s session and is not used for advertising profiles. An inquiry can include your planner recommendation, campaign labels and the page where your visit began so we can respond and understand which enquiries lead to bookings. You can use the inquiry form without completing the planner.
