Before guests arrive
Allow for venue access and more than an hour of setup. Sarah will agree an arrival and setup window with you or your planner.
During your celebration
Choose cups, boats or boards. We’ll plan the service window around your guest count and schedule.
After the last serving
Cart cleanup and removal are coordinated with the venue. For outdoor events, we’ll discuss a suitable location and weather backup.

What is included?
Your proposal sets out the food, serving format, attended service, setup, cleanup and service duration. Travel, optional styling or branding, and applicable taxes are itemized before you confirm.
Is this a snack or a meal?
Tell us how the cart fits into your event: welcome bites, cocktail hour, or more substantial food. Portion needs vary with service length and other food being served. Sarah will confirm the right quantities in your proposal.
Can the cart be used outdoors?
We’ll discuss a suitable cart location, venue access and a weather backup. The cart has built-in cooling. Setup, food service and outdoor arrangements are confirmed for the conditions at your event.
Can you accommodate dietary requests?
Please discuss allergies and dietary requests with Sarah before booking. Accommodations are confirmed individually; ingredients and preparation areas may involve common allergens, so an allergen-free service cannot be guaranteed.
When is my date reserved?
An inquiry starts the conversation. Sarah confirms availability and prepares your proposal. Your date is secured after the service agreement and required deposit are arranged.
